Welcome to the Karma Lekshey Ling School. Karma Lekshey Ling School is an independent, college preparatory primary school, conveniently located near famous Swoyambhunath temple in Kathmandu Nepal. We offer academic excellence in a school community committed to nurturing peace through education.
Karma Lekshey Ling School is the first Govt Buddhist School in Nepal and is part of a coordinated system of education, class I through grade V. We will upgrade it up to +2 in future if time favors us. Our first classes began from this academic year of 2007/2008.
Guided by the Buddhist principles of compassion and interdependence, Karma Lekshey Ling School students and faculty engage in rigorous and meaningful academic learning in a community that treasures each person. Our primary concern is that our students fully develop their intellectual, physical, creative, and spiritual potential and become young adults who contribute directly to build peaceful society.
